Pleased with GP being able to see and check our daughter's symptoms today, she clearly explained what she was doing and why. Previous experience of triage, Gp has been rude and on one occasion did not ask symptoms beyond basic complaint and said too busy so gave no advice on pain relief until afternoon drop in session. Ended up calling 111 to help to know what pain relief to take in the meantime.
